Hey Gang, Life Group meeting this Friday. Same time, same place. Doug will be fixing a meatloaf from some of Donna’s venison and we will have potatoes, and some type of vegetable. I will make some of Riley’s fund raiser cookies for desert.

Our Life Group meeting will be short and simple since there are several that will be out of town. So the plan is to meet at the Paneria Bread on Fairmont Parkway for dinner at 7:00 pm. We will just share a meal togeather and then just play it by ear from there if anybody wants to do something after that.

This is our first Life Group meeting on Saturday and the beginning of a new study. Dr. Doug Yost will be leading a discussion/study on Grief. For this meeting Dr. Doug will introduce the study on Grief and then the following Saturday we will begin the actual study. So you have time to invite someone to come to the study. We will have all the material ready on Grief by the Life Group meeting on January 31st.

Here are the details of the meeting.

• Start at 5pm sharp.
• Dinner will be “Pot Luck”.
• Dr. Doug will introduce our study on Grief.
• Meeting will end at 7:30pm
• Fellowship, games, etc. till everybody finally goes home!

 Looks like the weather is forecast to be cold, cold, cold for Friday! So what would really be good for dinner on a cold evening? How about Alan’s Infamous Vegetable Soup and cornbread! Thats the plan. See you soon!
